How
To Send Something Back
Should
you need to return your order, within 30 days of receiving it,
for any reason whatsoever, please follow the directions on how
to send it back. Contact

In
the case of an exchange for our customers, once received in
our warehouse, we will replace the item & send back to you
as soon as possible. All exchanges have the highest priority
and are processed before new orders.
If
the reason for the exchange was due to us sending you something
other than what was on your original order, we will also provide
you with a credit for the cost of the return for standard, insured
delivery services.
In
the case of a return, once received, we will refund the original
purchase price, less a 10% restocking fee, within 30 days of
receipt. AustralianMadeGoods.com is
not responsible for duties and taxes as there may be some taxes
and duties (Ohio state tax and various taxes for some countries
outside the United States). The customer is responsible for
these fees. See the FAQ
